After a fascinating career in a fast food company, with my fiftieth fast approaching, I decided to change my life. I grew up and studied in Strasbourg and then my job took me to Lorraine, Normandy and then Paris. After ten years of Parisian life, I decided to go and live on the Atlantic coast. My plan was to open a guest house where I could enjoy more open and trusting relationships with people. It has succeeded since I always enjoy welcoming and getting to know the guests who cross the threshold of La Tillaie.
